About two weeks ago this cute little black cat showed up at my back door. I don’t usually see many cats in this neighborhood, and I have two dogs that bark a lot, so I was surprised to see it. It started coming around every night, so I started tossing some food out on the back stoop for it. I don’t really like putting food outside because I don’t want to attract raccoons or skunks, but I only put out a little at night and it was gone pretty quick.

Well, today I got a big surprise when I stepped outside to toss a few scraps from dinner. The black cat was there and so were three tiny little kittens. Oh, joy – more mouths to feed. So I went back in the house and popped open a can of tuna fish so the kittens could have some high protein food that is easy to eat and easy to digest.

I guess that since I started feeding the cat I need to buy some actual cat food at the grocery store next time I go shopping. I have a few cans of tuna on the shelf, but kittens need proper food to develop and tuna isn’t really enough vitamins and minerals for proper nutrition.

What the fuck is going on with Kroger? They just remodeled the store by my house and almost doubled it in size, but they have actually cut back on the brands that they carry. I thought a bigger store would mean more stuff to shop from, but evidently a bigger store just means more stuff on the shelves of what they sell the most of – not a bigger variety.

I used to be able to go to Kroger and get all my shopping done for the whole week. The only brand of anything they didn’t carry was my favorite peanut butter, so I would have to go to Publix once every 6 – 8 weeks and buy my peanut butter from Publix. Of course, while I’m at the Publix I will spend my grocery money for the week at that store and not go to Kroger that week.

Now the Kroger has stopped carrying Wonder Bread. WTF is that about? With two huge bread aisles, I can’t believe they can’t find room on the shelves for a dozen loaves of Wonder Bread.

At first when I looked for the Wonder Bread and couldn’t find it, I thought maybe they had sold out and the bread truck hadn’t come to replenish their stock. But, no. Turns out they are not carrying Wonder Bread anymore.  So, one more reason to go to Publix – and to go more often. I eat a lot more Wonder Bread than I do peanut butter. I might start doing all my shopping at Publix since that’s the only place I can buy Wonder Bread. Even the fucking Wal Mart doesn’t carry Wonder Bread.

OK people. I’ve only got thirty minutes for lunch today. I can’t leave until the receptionist gets back from her early lunch because this is my week to cover the front while she goes to eat. I think she’ll be back in about 15 minutes. I need to get out of here and have some good food fast. I’m thinking about going to Wendy’s but maybe Subway. Wendy’s is closer but Subway has better food. Either place can get you out the door for about six bucks and back to the office in just 20 minutes.

I can go either way. Hit me up if you want to go.

I am going to eat Chinese tonight. I want a big fucking buffet with so much food I cant even try it all. I think I will go to the Koi because it has Chinese and Japanese food, and it is huge. The food is amazing and the service is great. I like the ambiance as well. They have this little pond in the restaurant that actually has Koi fish in it. I have been going to this restaurant for over a year now and it never has disappointed me. My friend Sally is going to meet me there at five o’clock.

After dinner, I think we will go have a few drinks somewhere. I need the break something fierce. I haven’t been out in weeks. Work is still giving me hell lately and the stress has been building up. It will be good to get some relaxation in and possibly dance a little too. Sally said something about meeting up with a couple of guys she knows. She sent me a picture of them and they are hot, so this could work out really well for me. I am looking forward to this so much, and cannot wait for tonight.

I am taking the kiddies out to dinner at Cici’s Pizza. It is one of their favorite places to eat. Probably because it has a game room and they spend a lot of time in it, but I don’t care about that shit. I love their pizza buffet. I can have multiple flavors of pizza and pay the same price as if I had it delivered. That is worth the trip there if nothing else is. Plus of course the kids love it and don’t complain about my choice of restaurant. You can’t beat that with a fucking stick.

I try to take them out as often as we can afford to, because their father doesn’t see them at all. I feel bad for them, and try to make up for his absence. He has a new cunt girlfriend that doesn’t get along with my kids, so he chose the girlfriend over his kids. No surprise there. Anyway, we are going to have a good dinner and then come home and watch a movie together. I had ordered a couple on Ebay really cheap and they arrived in the mail today. So that is our plans for the night. I hope yours goes well too.
